We do not offer a menu of services. We offer a structured process that moves from initial conversation to clear strategic output, and we are transparent about what happens at each stage. 

Stage 1: Initial Diagnostic Call 

A short conversation (typically 20 minutes) to understand where you are, what you are trying to do and whether a full Strategic Alignment Review is the right fit. 

We will look at your homepage, identify one narrative gap, one area of commercial misalignment and one immediate opportunity before the call. This gives you something of value regardless of whether you proceed further. 

There is no hard sell. If we do not think a full review is the right move for you right now, we will say so. 

Stage 2: Strategic Alignment Review 

This is the core work. A four-to-six-week premium engagement structured around our ALIGN framework:

We examine your value proposition, differentiation, audience definition and competitive positioning. Deliverable: written positioning clarity assessment.

Tone of voice, messaging hierarchy, content pillar clarity, emotional resonance, storytelling coherence and authority signals. Deliverable: narrative coherence report with risk flags.

Integration Across Channels

We assess coherence across your website, social presence and email not for performance, but for brand consistency. Where is the promise diluted? Where does trust break down?

Does your messaging support your pricing? Does content ladder into your offers? Are there narrative leaks where trust is lost before a client commits? This is strategic-commercial alignment.

Narrative Infrastructure

Led by Chantell: CRM structure, onboarding clarity, workflow alignment and operational friction. Does the operational reality support the brand promise? Deliverable: systems stability assessment. 

The Alignment Index 

Every review produces a weighted assessment across six dimensions positioning clarity, narrative strength, channel integration, commercial coherence, systems support and brand risk exposure scored across a total of 100 points and mapped to green, amber and red. 

This is not presented as a grade. It is a structured way to show where the pressure is and where the leverage is. 

Stage 3: The Roadmap 

The review concludes with a Three-Horizon Roadmap the primary deliverable

Immediate (0–30 days) 

Stabilise the most urgent misalignments. Reduce brand risk exposure. 

Medium term (30–90 days) 

Strengthen positioning and integration. Address structural narrative gaps. 

Long term (3–12 months) 

Strategic growth refinement. Align commercial strategy and brand positioning for scale. 

Each action in the roadmap carries a strategic objective, a priority level, an owner and a complexity rating. The roadmap is designed to be handed directly to internal teams or specialist partners to implement. 

After the review 

We do not push clients into ongoing relationships. We offer three optional next steps:

Fractional Brand Leadership 

Claire can provide fractional CMO or strategic brand leadership on a separate monthly engagement sitting alongside your leadership team to maintain narrative and commercial alignment as you execute. 

Systems Implementation 

Chantell can lead implementation of the systems and operational recommendations from the review, on a project or monthly basis. 

Specialist Referral 

Where specialist capability is needed digital strategy, paid media, technical build, design we maintain a trusted referral network. We can maintain strategic oversight of those relationships if the client wants it. 

All three are optional. Many clients take the roadmap and run with it themselves.
