WHO WE ARE

Senior thinking. No agency overhead.

Brand Advisory was built on a straightforward observation: the businesses that most need clear brand and commercial alignment are rarely served well by the people who claim to offer it.

Agencies are built for volume. Consultants are built for advice. We are built for something different: a senior diagnostic practice that combines strategic judgement with commercial rigour and delivers a clear, actionable output.

THE PRACTICE

Brand Advisory is led by Claire Glasby and Chantell Van Wyk. Between them, they bring senior experience across brand positioning, narrative architecture, commercial strategy, CRM systems, backend infrastructure and operational alignment.

Claire leads on positioning, narrative and commercial coherence. She brings a background in ultra-luxury hospitality, including seven years at Soneva across Chief Commercial Officer and Director of Marketing and Brand roles, working at the intersection of brand strategy, UHNW audiences and commercial performance.

Chantell leads on systems and operational stability: CRM architecture, workflow design, backend infrastructure and the alignment between operational reality and brand promise.

This division is intentional. It means clients get deep expertise in both areas, not a team wearing multiple hats.

HOW WE WORK

We take on a small number of clients at any given time. Our model is high-touch and deliberately low-volume..

This is not a constraint we apologise for. It is how we protect the quality of what we deliver.

We do not default into retainers after a review. We offer three optional pathways (fractional brand leadership, systems implementation or specialist referral) and we are honest when a client does not need any of them.

OUR FRAMEWORK

We use a proprietary five-pillar framework called ALIGN: Authority & Positioning, Language & Narrative, Integration Across Channels, Growth & Commercial Coherence, and Narrative Infrastructure. It gives structure and consistency to every review without making the process feel mechanical.
